Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a push button shift switch mechanism by sending push buttom switch signals to a solenoid valve through a comouter circuit to hydraulically operate a switch valve communicating to the solenoid valve for sending hydraulic signals to a hydraulic circuit of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION:A computer 2 permits first and second solenoid valves 3, 4 to be operated by pushing a botton P for parking. Aslo, second and third solenoid valves 4, 5 are operated by a button R for reverse, and the second solenoid valve 4 by a button N for neutral. By pushing a botton D for D range become inoperative all solenoid valves. The first solenoid valve 3 is operated by two buttons for 2 ranges and the first and thrid solenoid vavlves 3, 5 by 1 button for 1 range. Thus, hydraulic signals from the first, second, third and forth output ports 24, 25, 26 and 27 of a switch valve 11 are supplied to a hydraulic circut of an automatic transmission to provide a desired travelling condition of a vehicle.
