Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner with which good flow property and stable electrostatic chargeability can be obtained even after many times of development operations.
SOLUTION: The toner is characterized in being prepared by externally adding a hydrophobic silica of ≥90% in a hydrophobic rate and A/B=3 to 30 and B=4 to 10 in the amount A (piece/g.10-18) of surface silanol and the amount B (mass%) of carbon to coloring particles containing at least coloring agents and a binder resin.
