Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion beam type suspension in which a size and a weight of a spring seat can be reduced.SOLUTION: A torsion beam type suspension 100 comprises: trailing arms 101; a torsion beam 103 connected to the trailing arms 101; and spring seats 105 each of which is connected extending over both of the trailing arm 101 and torsion beam 103 on a connection part of them. The spring seats 105 comprise respectively: a spring reception seat 105a to which one end of the coil spring contacts, the spring reception seat 105a has a linear end edge 105a1 on an opposite side of the connection part of the trailing arm 101 and torsion beam 103. Therefore, the torsion beam type suspension has the spring seat whose size and weight can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
