To quickly, easily and intuitively execute the dragging operation of a personal computer(PC).

A click button 2 is formed on the grip part of a pen shaft 1, which is connected to a PC through a wire so as to transmit the movement of the button 2 to the PC. When the tip of the pen shaft 1 is depressed to a touch panel, a pointer is moved to the depressed position by the original operation of the touch panel. When the click button 2 formed on the grip part of the pen shaft 1 is depressed on the position, the execution of clicking is transmitted to the PC through the wire 3. When the tip of the pen shaft 1 is moved while holding the touched state with the touch panel, operation similar to the dragging operation of a mouse is executed. Since the click button 2 is formed on the grip part, clicking and dragging operation can be executed without moving a hand gripping the pen.
