Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel in which interference fringes appearing in a transparent part as a display region, that is, between a transparent adhesive layer and a transparent protective layer on a transparent resin substrate, are suppressed and excellent visibility is achieved, and a method for manufacturing the touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel 10 includes a transparent adhesive layer 2, an electrode line 4, and an insulating transparent protective layer 6 successively layered on at least one surface of a transparent substrate 1. The surface of the transparent adhesive layer 2 in a non-electrode line region has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.1 to 0.2 μm; and the insulating transparent protective layer 6 in the non-electrode line region has a haze value of less than 5%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
