CONSTITUTION: A reception part 5 which receives the signal transmitted from the outside, an interruption signal transmission part 7 which judges whether the signal received by the reception part 5 is a preliminarily registered signal or not an transmits an interruption signal at the time of judging that the received signal is the preliminarily registered signal, and a signal control part 3 which switches lamp lighting control to control of predetermined emergency to control a signal lamp 1 at the time of input of the interruption signal from the interruption signal transmission part 7, are provided.
