To save power by reducing manual labor by human hands considerably in an office center of a financial institution, to reduce an amount of work in a customer, and to make efficient a confirming job of transaction data which are transmitted from a transaction terminal to a host computer.
The transaction data transaction confirming system has: a transaction terminal for allowing a customer of the financial institution to perform transaction; a host computer of the financial institution for receiving and storing transaction data from the transaction terminal; and a server for downloading the transaction data from the host computer. The server creates a transaction notice to show contents of the transaction the customer has performed and transmits it to a facsimile apparatus of the customer by fax.
