Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate the process of a system for taking out, a container formed into an approximately cubic body by a thin film material, one by one, under a condition in which a plurality of containers are folded into a triangle shape and accumulated by a constitution wherein the container is taken out from the bottom of a storage box and moved under a tilted condition.
CONSTITUTION: A container 1 to be used to carry soy sauce, etc., which is formed into a cubic body by polyethylene, etc., if folded into a triangle shape, when seen from the side surface, by folding one half inward with a pair of confronted edges as the border before a content liquid is filled, and a large number of the containers are accumulated for storage. The title transfer device to take the container 1 from the accumulated body one by one and send it out has a storage box 18 being equipped with a shutter mechanism which makes it possible to take out the container 1 at the lowermost position. The container 1 at the lowermost position is taken out by a take-out mechanism 19 of the storage box 18 by the vertical motion of a head part 43 of the take-out mechanism 19, and the container 1 is moved while the attitude is being tilted so that a container pouring port 3 can be kept facing up, and the pouring port 3 is gripped by the chuck of a transfer mechanism 20, and the container 1 is sent out to the next process.
