Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device which makes a side registration function achieved by a lateral position correction mechanism less likely to be hindered.SOLUTION: A first transfer roller unit 47 includes: a driving roller 121; and first driven rollers 123 which sandwich paper P with the driving roller 121 and rotate following movement of the paper P transferred by rotation of the driving roller 121. A lateral position correction mechanism 50 is disposed at the downstream relative to the first transfer roller unit 47. The lateral position correction mechanism 50 includes: a guide member 52 including a guide surface 54a1; and a position correction roller unit 60. Each first driven roller 123 is supported by a first support part so that its rotation axis swings.
