Abstract:
To provide a transfer fixing device configured to reliably remove a toner image for image adjustment formed on a transfer fixing belt, and stabilize drive of the transfer fixing belt; and to provide an image forming apparatus.
The transfer fixing device includes: a driving roller 28A that drives the transfer fixing belt 27, and is disposed downstream of a traveling direction of the transfer fixing belt 27 relative to a primary transfer part 100 and upstream of a traveling direction of the transfer fixing belt 27 relative to a nip part 28B-68; and a cleaning member 82 that press-contacts the driving roller 28A through the transfer fixing belt 27, and removes the toner image for image adjustment formed on the transfer fixing belt 27.
