Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a transfer molding machine in which mold releasing from a product mold can be effectively and smoothly conducted, cracking of a product can be prevented and the product of a high quality can be easily molded.
CONSTITUTION: When a lower mold 15 is separated from an upper mold 14 at the time of opening the molds, the mold 15 is supported by a spring 10 attached to a hydraulic cylinder unit 7, and a dropping speed of the mold 15 is decreased to embody a low speed mold opening.
