Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce heat radiation area and to prevent a printed wiring board from being broken due to vibration or dropping and to prevent a transistor pin from cutting thus increasing quality, by inserting a part of a transistor heat sink which is fixed at a printed wiring board into a groove of a die-cast chassis with the printed wiring board attached to the die-cast chassis. CONSTITUTION:A small radiation shield 1 is fixed to a print wiring board 7 with a vis 3b, and a transistor 6 is attached to the heat sink 1 with a transistor retaining spring 2 and a machine screw 3a. The heat sink 1 is provided with a projected section 4 to be inserted to a die-cast chassis 9 and a projected section 5 to prevent the section 4 from slipping sidewise after inserted. The projected section 5 serves also as a fin which increases radiation effect when the heat sink 1 separates from the chassis 9. The number of fin is not limited. The heat sink 1 is inserted into a groove 8 of a die-cast chassis 9 then fixed when assembling a player. Grease 10 is put in the groove 8 to increase radiation effect.
