To provide a transmissive film material with heat-shielding and heat-generating properties, which absorbs near-infrared rays to generate heat when a temperature is low, and reflects near-infrared rays to shield heat when a temperature is high, and to provide a structure with a film roof, which can prevent the occurence of dew condensation, can sequentially control a condition of snow deposited on the roof in winter, and also can prevent an internal temperature from rising in summer.
The transmissive film material with heat-shielding and heat-generating properties is a flexible sheet including a heat-control layer. The heat-control layer has a sea-island dispersion structure comprising an incompatible mixture formed of a synthetic resin including a thermochromic material and a synthetic resin including at least one near-infrared absorbing substance selected from the group consisting of a particulate of a near-infrared absorbing inorganic compound and a near-infrared absorbing organic dye, and is a resin layer that changes heat-shielding and heat-generating properties by heat. In addition, the structure with the film roof can be obtained by being constructed by using the transmissive film material with heat-shielding and heat-generating properties, which can prevent the dew condensation in an internal portion, can sequentially control the condition of snow deposited on the roof in winter, and also can prevent the internal temperature from rising in summer.
