Abstract:
To provide a panel capable of switching among a state transparent to external light, a point emission state, and a surface emission state.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent panel having a light emitting function, which comprises: an LED die 1; an LED light-transmissive substrate 2 on which the LED die 1 is mounted; and a wiring pattern 3 connected to the LED die 1, which is formed on the surface of the LED light-transmissive substrate 2; and a light diffusion panel 20 laminated over the LED light-transmissive substrate 2. The light diffusion panel 20 includes: a pair of liquid crystal light-transmissive substrates 21 and 22; a liquid crystal layer 23 disposed between the pair of liquid crystal light-transmissive substrates 21 and 22; and transparent conductive films 24 and 25 disposed over the liquid crystal light-transmissive substrates 21 and 22 respectively. The light diffusion panel 20 is switchable between a transparent state and a light diffusion state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
