To provide a transplantable short circuit device having a main catherter and at least two auxiliary catherters protruded from the main catherter.
The main catherter 12 comprises a connection end 16, an opening end, and a hollow 13. Each of the auxiliary catherters 20 is protruded from the connection end 16 of the main catherter 12, and comprises a liquid flow passage 26 communicating with the hollow 13 of the main catherter 12 so that liquid flows therebetween. Each of the auxiliary catherters 20 comprises at least one liquid inlet 28 communicating with the liquid flow passage 26 so that liquid flows therebetween. In a desirable embodiment, the liquid inlet 28 is provided at the inward part of each of the auxiliary catherters 20. The short circuit device can be used for a variety of diagnosing and treating methods including the removal and leading of liquid from and into a medical treatment position.
