Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely control autonomous traveling corresponding to a peculiar condition to respective specified spots when autonomously traveling a moving vehicle at the specified spot where a guide line is cut off by installing a storage medium to store travel control information for autonomous travel at a point before the specified spot, and providing a means to read information stored in a storage body for the moving vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When a moving vehicle A approaches specified spots D, J and K where a guide line L is cut off, a reading means 7 reads information stored in a storage medium T installed at the point before the specified spots, and this information is the travel control information for the autonomous travel peculiar for the specified spots D, J and K and includes traveling speed in the case of turning, turning radius, traveling speed for lateral traveling and lateral traveling distance, etc., for example. Based on this travel control information, the moving vehicle A autonomously travels for a prescribed distance, in which the guide line L is cut off, and changes the guide line to a left side guide line L2. Thus, by storing the travel information corresponding to the condition peculiar for the specified spots D, J and K cutting the guide line L in the storage medium T, the autonomous travel of the moving vehicle A can be precisely controlled.
