PURPOSE: To lower the radiation dose of workers by obtaining a treatment equipment for exchanging with new pipes in the case of damage of two pipes due to vibration which can connect a cramp for connecting two pipes remotely underwater.
CONSTITUTION: On a main body 1, a cylinder 2 is connected totally with a pin 3. On a first cylinder 2, nails 8 are connected putting a connection rod 5 in between. With these nails 8, a ring shape heater 9 freely movable to the direction of shaft of a cramp for connecting pipes is fixed at the lower end of the main body 1. A lever 12 receiving the counter force from the nails 8 is provided at the front end of a second cylinder 11. The cramp for connecting pipes is constituted by fixing a pair of cramp plates 22, 23 putting a pair of pipes 20, 21 from both sides on a shaft 24 on which shape memory alloy 25 is provided.
