Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trilaminar structure seamless capsule, wherein a core and a film layer are isolated, the contact of water incompatible substances contained in the core with the water is prevented, and the water incompatible substances can be maintained stably.SOLUTION: Produced is a trilaminar structure seamless capsule comprising a core, a protective layer encapsulating the core, and a film layer containing a water-soluble gelling agent encapsulating the protective layer, wherein the core contains water incompatible substances, a first oily material, and porous particle powders, and the protective layer contains a second oily material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
