Abstract:

PURPOSE:To adjust simply and certainly vibration characteristics of an infinite blade group by forming grooves on both end surfaces crossing perpendicularly with the burbine shaft of an integral shroud formed integratedly on the top end of a blade, and fitting round bars into the grooves. CONSTITUTION:In a turbine bucket, a plurality of blades 1 whose bottoms are embedded on the circumference of a turbine shaft, are arranged, while integral shrouds 5 are formed integratedly on the top end of each blade 1. In this case, half-circular groove 7 opening and inclining toward the blade bottoms, are formed on both end surfaces 5a, 5b crossing perpendicularly with the turbine shaft of the integral shrouds 5. And round bars 8 are fitted into the grooves 7 so as to connect an adequate number of the adjacent integral shrouds 5 to each other. It is thus possible to generate friction energy caused by relative slip between the integral shrouds 5 and the round bars 8, so that vibration stress of the blade is reduced by utilizing damper effect so as to improve reliability.
