Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize turbine speed control by correcting a turbine load request demand by a load cut-off time droop signal at the time of cutting off a load in a device for adjusting the opening degrees of a governor valve and an intercept valve by correcting a turbine load request demand based on a normal time droop signal.
SOLUTION: For turbine speed control, a route for communicating a signal switching device 9 from a terminal (a) to a terminal (c) is selected at the normal time, and a function setting device 7 is communicated with an adder 2. At the load cut-off time, however, the signal switching device 9 is switched to a route for communicating the same from a terminal (b) to the terminal (c). Then, the result of multiplying the signal of a function computing unit 8 for computing an adjustment rate (droop), which is specially used at the time of cutting off a load, by a correction value by a reheat steam pressure P when setting is performed by the function computing unit 8 by a multiplier 10 is added as a droop signal to the adder 2. According to the output of this adder 2, the opening degrees of governor and intercept valves through function computing units 3 and 4, and then a turbine rotational speed is adjusted.
