PURPOSE: To increase grounding force of a rear wheel so as to contrive stabilization of a vehicle attitude by additionally providing a device for increasing resistance force against displacement of a suspension device when a differentiated value of a yaw rate signal, steering the rear wheel with a steering angle signal, is in a predetermined value or more.
CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel is steered by a rear wheel steering device A to a steering angle determined by inputting a steering angle signal and a yaw rate signal, and on the other hand, the yaw rate signal is differentiated and compared with a predetermined value in a differentiated value comparator B. As a result, when a differentiated value is in the predetermined or more, resistance force against displacement of a suspension device D is increased by a resistance force increasing device C to drive a resistance force variable suspension device D. Further in the resistance force variable suspension device D, when yaw acceleration is a predetermined value or more, main and subair chambers are placed in a disconnected condition and also closing an orifice of a shock absorber to increase the resistance force against the displacement. Accordingly, an effect of controlling turning of a vehicle by steering the rear wheel is increased to promptly correct a vehicle attitude, and a stabilization effect can be well displayed.
