To prevent the generation of a hindrance in the operation of a switching.
Rail movable members 1 and 2 corresponding to tongue rails are installed inside stock-rails 3 and 4, the rail movable members 1 and 2 are constituted in a vertically movable manner in the vertical direction and the rail movable members 1 and 2 are configured so as to be operated exclusively respectively. That is, the rail movable member 2 is lowered when the rail movable member 1 is lifted.
