Abstract:
PURPOSE: To compactify the driving mechanism of a turnover discharge for containers as well as to make improvements in rotational performance for turnover operation.
CONSTITUTION: In this turnover discharger, a holding cylinder 6 is installed in a lifter 3 as a holding actuator, while a push rod 25 is rotatably connected to an expansion rod 24 of this holding cylinder 6 in a relative manner, whereas it advances or retreats in the axial direction integrally at the same axis, and a support shaft 13 is formed into a cylindrical form, fitting and supporting the expansion rod 24 and the push rod 25 in this support shaft 13. A tip part of the push rod 25 is linked and connected to a container holding arm 15 via a transmission mechanism, thereby opening or closing the container holding arm 15 by expansion motion of the holding cylinder 6 via the push rod 25 and the transmission mechanism.
