To make a target easy to spot by a method wherein a support part is arranged through a spring part to have a tweezing part at the tip thereof and an angle is specified between the center line parallel with the support part and a center line parallel with two sheets of tweezing parts.
Two of a support part 2a and a support part 2b are arranged side by side through a V-shaped spring part 3 and a tweezing part 1a and a tweezing part 1b are fitted to the respective tips thereof. The tweezing part 1a and the tweezing part 1b are parallel with each other and have smooth surfaces while being so strong that the tips thereof get tight to pick hair when grasping it. The angle of bending of the tweezing part 1 is in a range of 5-60° to the support part 2. The tip of the tweezing part 1 is made half-circular. A tweezing device thus obtained is easier to use than the conventional type.
