Abstract:
To provide U-shaped burger bread which keeps a form and keeps flavor, makes it easy to eat by one hand in eating, and has such a form as to stably house and keep contents, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided U-shaped burger bread in which a storage space is formed in three directions of an upper surface 1, a back surface 2 and a lower surface 3 outside and inside of bread, the storage space is configured to be long in the longitudinal direction of the bread and one thereof is opened, contents 101 such as meat, vegetables and sauce of a burger are housed inside the storage space, and thereby the U-shaped form is fixed and kept; and a method for producing U-shaped burger bread includes aging dough in a reversed U-shaped molding frame by secondary fermentation, molding and baking the dough, and fixing the dough into the U-shaped form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
