This method is provided with a step of transmitting ultrasonic waves continuous for two or more cycles to a subject, a step of detecting an echo generated by the transmitted ultrasonic waves reflected on a tissue in the subject to obtain a reception signal R1, a step of delaying the reception signal R1 for a time equivalent to one cycle of the transmitted ultrasonic waves to obtain a delayed reception signal R2, and a step of obtaining image information related to the tissue in the subject based on a difference RTOTAL between the reception signal R1 and the delayed reception signal R2.
