Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an easily viewable image in which the diameter of black holes of a speckle pattern is made smaller.
SOLUTION: At the stage of an analog before inputting into a digital scan conversion, once logarithmic compression is conducted. Then, at the first data conversion section, a conversion process by the first monotonically increasing function, that is, logarithmic extension or similar extension process calculation is conducted. After that, at the digital scan conversion section, an interpolation processing is conducted. Furthermore after that, a conversion process by the second monotonically increasing function, that is, logarithmic compression or similar data compression process calculation is conducted.
