Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply input various data related to an ultrasonic contrast medium to display the same on a screen by providing a means inputting the data related to the contrast medium to display the same.
CONSTITUTION: The echo reflected in an examinee is received by a probe 20 and the received echo signal is inputted to a transmitting and receiving unit 21. The received signal is inputted to a display monitor 14 to be displayed on a screen. When an operator pushes the contrast medium mode button 25A among mode selection buttons 25A-25D, a contrast medium mode is selected. Thereafter, by selecting one of sub-mode buttons 26A-26C, a data input mode, a mode calculating an image TDC or a harmonics photographing mode is started. TDC is a technique displaying the timewise change of the scattering intensity of ultrasonic waves or echo brightness and displaying harmonics photographing so as to distinguish only a contrast medium from other internal organs.
