Abstract:
To reduce crosstalk between elements in an ultrasonic transducer array in which the plurality of elements are arranged.
The ultrasonic transducer array comprises a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 10 for generating ultrasonic waves by being expanded and contracted on the basis of an applied voltage, a piezoelectric filler 11 arranged between the plurality of ultrasonic transducers, and at least a set of electrodes 12 and 13 arranged on two opposing surfaces of the filler.
