Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve and uniformize distribution of illuminance on the shelf board surface and the furniture wall surface, and to restrain the glare viewing from the front side by arranging the ballast box containing a ballast at front side and arranging the lamp socket to be mounted with a lamp behind the ballast box.
SOLUTION: An under shelf lighting fixture 11 has a ballast box 12 arranged at front side containing a ballast, and a lamp socket 14 arranged behind the ballast box 12 to be mounted with a lamp 13 using a fluorescent tube. And the lighting fixture has a connector containing recess part 15 being formed under the surface of the ballast box 12 and attached so as to position the upper surface at the front side of the under shelf surface. The connector cover 40 contains a fixture inside connector 16 drew out from inside through the connector containing recess part and connecting the fixture inside connector 16 with power source side connector 17, the wire connection becomes easy and the height of the fixture is possible to make thin.
