Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfrozen type air valve which is prevent in freezing of the inside, allows a flow passage to external piping to be easily and surely shut off with simple work to carry out inspection and cleaning, and can also prevent damage of a seal part.SOLUTION: In an unfrozen type air valve, a sleeve part 11 receiving a floating valve element 13 and a float valve element 14 is installed vertically movably in a valve box part 10 to provide a flow passage to external piping 2 in a manner capable of being shut off. Bolt members 35 are provided standingly on an upper part of the valve box part 10. The flow passage to the external piping 2 is provided in a manner capable of being opened or closed, while communication parts 25, 24 respectively provided in the sleeve part 11 and the valve box part 10 are mutually closed or opened by forcibly moving the sleeve part 11 upward and downward in a screwed state to the bolt members 35 and in a non-rotation state to the valve box part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
