Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butterfly valve with a flooding function suitable for initial water conduction, the butterfly valve accurately performing flooding by adjusting the quantity of water appropriately while suppressing internal consumption by maintaining a low torque even under conditions of different fluid pressures, and being also capable of exchanging internal components.SOLUTION: A valve element 3 in which a valve seat 11 consisting of a soft material is mounted onto a valve element body 10 in a removable manner by a valve seat presser 12, is formed in an eccentric structure. At one valve vane side of the valve seat presser 12, a vane-shaped spherical outer peripheral part 22 defining a part of a spherical surface is provided and in the spherical outer peripheral part 22, a plurality of groove parts 30 including spherical bottom parts 31 having different center points is provided. At a valve vane side of the valve element body 10 different from the spherical outer peripheral part 22, a vane-shaped spherical outer peripheral part 23 defining a part of a spherical surface is provided and in the spherical outer peripheral part 23, a plurality of V-shaped comb-line grooves 24 is provided. From a minimal aperture to a small aperture formed from the spherical outer peripheral part 22 and a valve box side valve seat surface 16 and formed from the spherical outer peripheral part 23 and the valve box side valve seat surface 16, a region presenting a smooth flow rate change property suitable for initial flooding is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
