To provide a unit type building which enables formation of an eaves without fitting an eaves unit to the building and enables facilitation of work for construction and reduction of the cost.

In a unit type building 1 constructed by combining at the site a plurality of building units 30 and a plurality of roof panels 21 and 22 which are produced beforehand in a factory, at least one of the roof panels 21 and 22 is made an extended roof panel 221 of which the eaves edge side is extended outside the building from the other roof panels 21 and 22. According to this constitution, the rain or the like to come in below the extended part of the extended roof panel 221 of the unit type building 1 can be prevented and an eaves unit does not need to be provided separately. Therefore facilitation of work for construction and reduction of the cost of construction can be attained.
