The arm portion 13f is rotated in an outward direction to upwardly move the pocket part 13c to the worked workpiece receiving position (a) of the chuck device 11 to receive the worked workpiece 14a, and then the pocket part 13c is moved downward to the standby position (b) in an oblique lower part.
