Title:
UNMANNED FLYING BODY PROVIDED WITH PULSE JET ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04262995
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suspend a plurality of unmanned flying bodies in parallel from the main wing of a mother airplane to conduct an independent flight by providing a main wing housed developably in a fuselage, a horizontal tail plane capable of slanting, and a pulse jet engine.

CONSTITUTION: A thrust of an unmanned flying body 10 is obtained from a pulse jet engine 20 using propane gas for fuel. The main wing 18 is normally housed in the fugelage 12 to be developed for the flight. The horizontal tail plane (tailerlon) 22 is supported slantably by a rotary shaft 221 in the rear of the fugelage 12. The altitude and descending rate to be held are memorized in an electronic control circuit of a flight controller 15 by a control panel on a launching device on the ground or a loading mother plane prior to the launching, and after the launching, values of an altitude sensor and orientation sensor are compared with set values to send an orbit correcting signal to a servo controller of the flight controller 15. A motor of a taileron actuator 23 is operated according to the signal to slant the horizontal tail plane 22.
