This material is a fabric having a three-dimensional structure where the top and the back textures are linked by connecting threads and is made of a polyester fiber containing at least one kind selected from titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, potassium titanate, sodium titanate, and calcium titanate in an amount of 2 to 5wt.%. It has an air permeability of 150 to 300cm3/cm2/sec, thickness of 1 to 10mm and contains a fluorine-based water repellent in an amount of 0.2 to 1.0% based on the weight of the fiber.
