Abstract:

To provide a user interface automatic adjustment method and an apparatus, capable of adjusting an operation switch according to a character or a preference of a user.

The user interface automatic adjustment method is provided for a device having a display part (30) for displaying an operation section, an input part (32) for operation input using the above operation section, and a voice output part (46). The method includes the processes for displaying operation sections (401-405) for inspection on a display portion; issuing an instruction (or question) from the voice output portion for making the user perform operation input using the operation section for inspection; determining an optimal operation section based on an inspection result data, being output from the input portion in response to the instruction (or question); and displaying the optimal operation section on the display portion, as the operation section of the device.
