PURPOSE: To obtain a milk having components and pH more effective for the human body, by adding and blending skimmilk powder, lactose and oligosaccharide, further adding and stirring linoleic oil, drying the resultant blend, converting the blend into a state readily soluble in water, hermetically sealing and preserving the blend and mixing the preserved blend in specific Ca ion water in use.
CONSTITUTION: Lactose and oligosaccharide are added to skimmilk powder free of animal fats and thoroughly mixed therewith. Linoleic oil is then added and the resultant blend is stirred, dried and converted into a state readily soluble in water, put in a container, hermetically sealed and preserved. In using the resultant blend, as necessary, the blend is then mixed in calcium ion water, hermetically sealed and preserved in another container to afford the aimed milk generally enriched with components of about 3% protein, about 3.4% fat, about 6.9% glucide, about 0.5% oligosaccharide, about 340mg calcium and about 118iu vitamin A.
