A housing 16 comprises a first housing 17 provided with a cylinder gauge valve 3 provided therein, and a second housing 18 provided with a main stop vale 4 provided therein. The first housing 17 is fixed to a gas cylinder 1. In the first housing 17, a gas inlet 20 is connected to a connection outlet 25 via a gas inlet passage 23 and the cylinder gauge valve 3. In the second housing 18, a connection inlet 29 is connected to a gas outlet 32 via the main stop valve 4 and a gas outlet passage 31. The first housing 17 and the second housing 18 are detachably fixed to each other, and the connection outlet 25 and the connection inlet 29 are connected to each other.
