Abstract:
To provide a valve device capable of reducing seating sound of a valve element.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 1 has a seal structure portion 18 disposed between a housing 12 and a shaft 15, and the seal structure portion 18 includes a main lip seal 181 disposed at a flow passage 11 side, and a sub-lip seal 182 disposed at a driving portion 16 side. An intermediate chamber 51 is disposed between the main lip seal 181 and the sub-lip seal 182, and a volume of the intermediate chamber 51 changes along with driving of a valve element 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
