PURPOSE: To improve the wear resistance and strength of the spool slidable part by forming the cylinder part of a housing into which a spool for adjusting the discharge amount is accommodated, from the composite material formed integrally from light alloy material and fiber.
CONSTITUTION: Each spool is accommodated into the cylinder part 4 of a housing 3 and a sleeve 6, and the discharge amount is adjusted by the shift of the both spools. The whole shape of the housing 3 and the sleeve 6 are made of the light alloy material such as aluminium alloy, etc. Each part of the cylinder part 4 of the housing 3 and the sleeve 6 where each spool moves in slidable ways is made from the composite material formed integrally from light alloy material and the fiber 17 such as carbonaceous long fiber, boron fiber, etc. Thus, the wear resistance and strength of the spool slidable part can be improved.
