Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vane type compressor which can inhibit a part of a refrigerant from flowing into a lubrication oil in an oil storage chamber and disturbing an oil surface after the lubrication oil is separated from the refrigerant in an oil separation chamber.SOLUTION: A vane type compressor includes: a housing 11 having a cylinder part 14; a side plate which forms a cylinder chamber 14d with the cylinder part 14; and a close-bottomed cover part 36 provided with a partition wall which defines an oil separation chamber 36s therein. Between the side plate and the partition wall, a discharge chamber 35a, an oil storage chamber 35b, and a supply chamber 70 which supplies a lubrication oil to a back pressure chamber 41 are defined and seal members 50 for dividing these chambers are provided. The partition wall is provided with: a communication passage 36k which allows communication between the discharge chamber 35a and the oil separation chamber 36s; and an oil passage 36v which allows communication between the oil separation chamber 36s and the oil storage chamber 35b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
