Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize air-fuel ratio correction relating to a change of operating condition, by taking a change of purge gas flow amount into account, and learning purge concentration so that true concentration can be calculated.
SOLUTION: In S35, a gain learning initial value INGALP is stored in all regions. In S32, whether KDUTY (duty correction coefficient) is 1.0 or not is decided, in S36, PRATE (actual purge rate) is compared with GPRATE (learning permission calculation purge rate), in S37, EVPTR (target purge rate) is compared with GEVPTR (learning permission target purge rate), and when all of conditions are satisfied, in S38, a new gain GNEW is calculated from a deviation eα (=100%-EVALPH) of an air-fuel ratio feedback correction amount α and the actual purge rate. In S39, a gain learning value is retrieved. In S40, a learning table value in a region corresponding to the latest purge gas flow amount equivalent area is updated. In S41, S42, a learning value of learning table in the other region is limited to an upper/lower value.
