Abstract:

To provide a vehicle display device which can miniaturize an image display unit while enlarging a virtual image display region.SOLUTION: In a vehicle display device 1, a control unit 12 changes the angle of a reflection mirror 31 by a drive unit 32 in accordance with the movement in the vertical direction of a viewpoint position EP to move the position of a first display region 41 in a virtual image display region 20B. The control unit 12 moves the first display region 41 to the upper side in the virtual image display region 20B such that the upper end of the first display region 41 is located on the upper end of the virtual image display region 20B when being located at the uppermost end viewpoint position EP2 following the movement of the viewpoint position EP in the upper direction with respect to the reference viewpoint position EP1. Further, the control unit 12 moves the first display region 41 to the lower side in the virtual image display region 20B such that the lower end of the first display region 41 is located on the lower end of the virtual image display region 20B when being located at the lowermost end viewpoint position EP2 following the movement of the viewpoint position EP in the lower direction with respect to the reference viewpoint position EP1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
