Abstract:
To provide a vehicle reservation management apparatus capable of improving the efficiency in renting out a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle reservation management apparatus includes: a reception part 21 for receiving a reservation request specifying one or more rental vehicles designed to have a partial function of accommodation, and rent-out time and rent-out place of the rental vehicle; a determination part 22 for determining whether the rental vehicle specified by the reservation is present at the rent-out place in the rent-out time zone; an identification part 23 for identifying vehicles that are present in a time zone prior to the rent-out time zone and have the same function as the rental vehicle, in a case where the rental vehicle is determined to be not present at the rent-out place; a calculation part 24 for calculating respective moving distances to the rent-out place from places where the identified individual vehicles are present; and a setup part 25 for setting, as a reserved vehicle corresponding to the rental vehicle, a vehicle of which the calculated moving distance is the shortest among the identified vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
