Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently secure stiffness against load to be applied on a backrest part from an occupant, than before, in a structure where the backrest part is rotatable with respect to a seat back frame.SOLUTION: In a seat back 14 of a vehicle seat 10, a backrest part 34 supporting the back part of an occupant is suspended from a seat back frame 32 so as to be turnable in a seat width direction around a turning center C. A plurality of outer peripheral side portions of the backrest part 34 are supported by the seat back frame 32 via wires 74, 76, 78, so that load applied on the backrest part 34 from the occupant can be dispersed. This results in more efficiently securing stiffness against load applied on the backrest part 34 from the occupant than before.
