To prevent the following rotation of a rotating shaft in a vehicular auxiliary machine in the assembling of a power transmitting member rotated by the input from a drive source to the rotating shaft of the vehicular auxiliary machine.
In this vehicular auxiliary machine driven through an electromagnetic spring clutch by the power from the drive source, the output hub 7 of the electromagnetic spring clutch is spline-fitted to the rotating shaft 8 of the vehicular auxiliary machine, and fastened axially by a mounting bolt 9. In such a mounting structure, a width across flat 16 engageable with a locking jig such as vice or the like is formed on the cylindrical part outer surface of a spring cover 12 connected to the output hub 7 by a bolt 13. Accordingly, the following rotating of the rotating shaft 8 can be prevented by use of the width across flat 16 when the output hub 7 is then fastened to the rotating shaft 8 by the mounting bolt 9 after the connection of the spring cover 12 to the output hub 7.
