A sash shape material 2 is molded integrally by a roll molding means by making one metal piece to a base. This sash shape material 2 is composed of a groove part 3 for storing a glass run channel, a retainer part 5 for installing a weather strip, a flange part 6 for forming one part of a door outer plate surface and formed between respective side walls of the retainer part 5 and the groove part 3 and a contact part 4 installed between the groove part 3 and the side wall of the retainer part 5 in an opposite side of the flange part 6. In a thing consisting of such constitution, the terminal part in the width direction of one metal piece is joined by a folded part on the bottom surface part 33 of the groove part 3 or the end of the flange part 6. Thereby, the sash shape material 2 is formed simply and the productivity of a vehicular door sash is improved.
