Second sub reflecting surfaces 11L and 11R are arranged at positions without disturbing emission of light reflected from the main reflecting surfaces 7. As a result, a low-beam light distribution pattern LP having sufficient luminous energy can be provided without degrading the luminous energy of the low-beam light distribution pattern LP as the main light distribution pattern formed from the light reflected from the main reflecting surface 7. In addition, since light L1 normally becoming useless can be utilized, the luminous energy of the light distribution can be increased.
