Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation apparatus for a kitchen apparatus to increase the storage capacity of the kitchen apparatus.
SOLUTION: In the ventilation apparatus 4 disposed on the upper part of a cooking apparatus 2 in a kitchen apparatus 1, a blower 12 is disposed in an air chamber section 6 constituting an air guiding passage 7, and a storage section 8 is disposed on the front of the upper part of the air chamber section 6. A blowing duct 9 communicating with the air guiding passage 7 of the air chamber section 6 is disposed in the rear of the storage section 8 and the storage section 8 provided over the air chamber section 6 of the ventilation apparatus 4 increases the storage capacity of the kitchen apparatus 1. The blower may be disposed on the wall surface, the air chamber section constituting an air guiding passage from the front of the blower to the front of the lower part of the blower may be disposed and the storage section main be disposed on the front of the upper section of the air chamber section.
